About the role

The City of Coffs Harbour is seeking motivated Groundspersons to support the presentation, maintenance and overall upkeep of our Coffs Coast Holiday Parks. Working across Park Beach, Sawtell Beach, Woolgoolga Beach and Woolgoolga Lakeside Holiday Park, you'll play an important role in creating welcoming, well-maintained spaces that help visitors enjoy memorable holidays.

No two days are the same. You'll spend your time outdoors caring for gardens and grounds, maintaining park facilities and helping keep our holiday parks looking their absolute best. Working as part of a supportive team, you'll contribute to the experience of thousands of guests each year while enjoying variety, fresh air and a role where your work makes a visible difference every day.

About you

You're someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining attractive and welcoming spaces, and understands the importance of delivering a great experience for visitors. Whether your background is in grounds maintenance, gardening, landscaping, facilities maintenance or a similar hands-on environment, you'll bring a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety. You enjoy working as part of a team, can communicate confidently with colleagues and guests, and are comfortable managing a variety of tasks throughout the day. Most importantly, you're reliable, proactive and take satisfaction in seeing the results of your work firsthand.

  • Competitive salary from $30.18 per hour, depending on your capabilities and experience +25% casual loading + 12% superannuation
